Experiential learning

The findings of the micelab:explorer are tested here for feasibility. For this, the micelab:experts learning module is an ideal platform with plenty of free space for trying out new event concepts or unusual formats. In this way, employees from event locations around Lake Constance also benefit directly from the research findings. They learn how they can plan and carry out even more successful events, hand-in-hand with their teams, clients and partners.

Everyone’s a MICE expert

Our basic assumption is that everyone is an expert: the employees of every congress centre, event location, convention bureau or seminar hotel bring with them their own wealth of experience. Through the micelab:experts learning format they’re able to mutually enrich their knowledge, ultimately benefitting not only themselves but also their colleagues, partners and customers.
